I cofounded Agentbin with my roommate during our senior year at UCI. We wanted to introduce objectivity to the seller-agent relationship in real estate transactions.

Rather than relying on referrals, we believed sellers should be able to compare agents more objectively using data. Agents would further compete for deals by offering a portion of their commission back as a rebate to sellers.
